Mouli Banerjee, 41 years, Integration specialist and Frank!Developer

Mouli is a reliable and proactive colleague, who loves to learn new things. Being part of a positive team and doing tasks that have a meaning to her makes her happy at work. But when her little daughter gives her a big hug in the morning, she’s happy for the whole day!

After completing my degree in MCA (Master in Computer Applications from Heritage Institute of Technology) in India, I started working on a product called IBIS at an IT company in 2007. In 2010, I received an Award of Excellence, which I’m very proud of! In 2011, I got the opportunity to come to the Netherlands to work for Nationale Nederlanden with 9+ years of experience in problem solving and implementation of complex software systems.

My troubleshooting, analytical skills, operational planning and implementation skills all contributed to my goal to build a career in a hi-tech environment. Helping me to explore myself fully and realize my potential.

Appreciation and recognition are two major factors of my motivation which keep me striving towards my goals. Having a good manager and being core part of the team where contributions are appreciated is very important to me! After all, my biggest motivation is family. They are my biggest source of inspiration and my strongest supporters.

I am passionate about working at WeAreFrank!, the projects I get to work on are challenging. The environment is fun, relaxing and also creative, as we are always working on interesting IT projects. When I see that the organization is growing, it gives me a feeling of satisfaction, but also motivates me, which ultimately leads to personal achievement and success.
